Nils Fritzman, Phd

Dr. Nils Fritzman brought decades of learning and practical experience to the challenges faced by sales organizations in the early 60’s. He directed his sales psychology research programs and personally supervised the implementation of strategies related to job specification, competence mastery, assessment centers, super sales selection and management development.  Nils Fritzman was a credit to his profession and will be remembered for his groundbreaking theory of “contexual synthesis” which facilitated the launching of the Triverion model of selling.

Who was Dr. Nils Fritzman?

Dr. Fritzman studied at Stellenbosch University and was active in a variety of professional organizations including APA, APGA and AST.  He was a fellow of the former USPAS (United States Psychoanalytic Analysis Society) and has participated in many national and international conventions alongside other prestigious presenters such as Rollo May, Carl Rogers, Victor Frankl and David McClelland.
